Frequently Asked Questions

What Are Prices?

Session prices are by the hour. Each session varies, based your size and area/s of focus. An estimate will be given to you upon scheduling.

Do you do full body massage?

No. I do not perform traditional massage. What I do is more specific.

No, I do not treat the whole body in 1 session. It is too much stress on the Central Nervous System and would take 4+ hours.

Where Do You Travel?

I typically go to the Arnold, Olympia, NY Pro, Miami Pro, & Tampa Pro. I frequently go to locations in: NY, NJ, TN, CT, UT, MO, GA, NC, & FL. I'm open to new places!

What is IASTM?

IASTM stands for  "Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization/Manipulation". It just means that I use a device during the session.

Do you only work with athletes?

No, I work with clients of all types. In therapy school, we learn how to work with children through older adults. I love the versatility!

How is your buisiness related to posing?

My business is focused on mobility and restoring proper function/motion. If you lack mobility, you won't be able to show it off very well, on stage, through posing.

Do you do home visits?

In the South Florida area and, occasionally Tampa, I will do home visits. Home visits have a mileage fee. I try to schedule others in the area to split fees and keep things affordable.

Do you take insurance?

At this time, no. There are a lot of steps and it takes a long time to accept each insurance company. I accept paypal, cashapp, venmo, zelle, and cash.
